It is a profit-sharing network that allows any person to refer a Healthcare Professional and earn money.
How does it work?
a. If you are not an employee of Company/Agency
i. You create an account for the company/agency (using company code) that you plan on referring Healthcare Professionals to and then you will be provided a Referral Code for that company/agency. Then you can send jobs to any Healthcare Professional by emailing them specific jobs from the website or you can post jobs from the website to your social media accounts and provide the Healthcare Professional with your Referral Code to use when they apply for the job.
ii. On My Referral Dashboard page. You will be able to track any Referral in real time who has applied for a job using your referral code and when they become hired and start working. You will be able to see each hour they work and track progress of your payment.
b. If you are an employee of Company/Agency
i. You can login to Nurse-e-Assistant portal (https://portal.nurse-e-assistant.com/) for the company/agency that you are employed with and plan on referring Healthcare Professionals to. On the Dashboard page Under the My Referrals menu and then you will be provided a Referral Code for that Employer. Then you can send jobs to any Healthcare Professional by emailing them specific jobs from the website or you can post jobs from the website to your social media accounts and provide the Healthcare Professional with your Referral Code to use when they apply for the job. Available jobs is located on the Dashboard page Under the Jobs=>Available Jobs menu.
ii. On My Referral Dashboard page. You will be able to track any Referral in real time who has applied for a job using your referral code and when they become hired and start working. You will be able to see each hour they work and track progress of your payment.
How can I earn money?
Once the referral is hired then you will be able to track all hours they work and your progress of payment. All payouts are paid once the candidate works 468 hours. If they work less than 468 hours then you can view payout progress for all hours worked.
